Todays trend in indian market on experience design is on shorter duration strategy rather than focusing on the long terms is because of the fear of fast changing trend
which makes the startups approach to move things on the fast pace cloning the existing competitors as investors are behind and they need fast results which keeps the users benefits as secondary and the Why factor is skipped.
For long term business the product or the service has to meet with the user benefits first and that user group has to be larger will benefit the ROI for any business.
- TRENDING things which everyone is blindly grasping assuming it is the easiest and approachable to move things faster as investors are behind and they need fast results keeping users benefits and their profit as secondary, primary is the Business ROI which is not a long term thought and should be how users are benefitting we say UCD .

Empathy study in UX Practice
- This study is a method of understanding user through what they say, think, do and feel which is not convincing to me.
- As a human we don’t see this in our own behaviour and it is impossible to see to others.
- Instead we focus on not one or two but observe a larger group and support them understanding their capabilities.
- Identifying wide variety of group with similar capabilities getting the benefits.

- User study: Everyone has a smart phone and needs things on the go.
- Group of user: Young, middle age, old age
- Target audience: Do we design for all age?
