Good to see now there are very less graphic designers who used to just beautify designs. The trend has changed all designers to move to design thinking and changed their thought process of seeing design from a different perspective.

We have a thought process trending UX Researchers is all that we need now, so the companies the HRs are hunting for just UX researcher without knowing the pros and cons of these profiles.

HIRING PROCESS CREATIVE !!
I call it a VIRUS which is affected to all to the candidates IN CREATIVE after the virus of UX came in the picture, Hiring Managers as well as the management!!

MOST OF THE SCENARIOS I CAME ACROSS

Hiring managers say TO CREATIVE: You are not that we are looking for.. ( Just a mail without any genuine feedback just general feedback like automated mail)

Candidates say in their mind as they don't get a chance to say anything directly is a bigger concern:
I have projected every single requirement in your job description as per the trend what you were looking for.

EVERYTHING IS PRACTICE AND IT COMES FROM PASSION...

Can the institute change introvert candidates to Extrovert in 6 months as these profiles have a lot more to relate with the human physiology?

Yes if they get a Coach, recognizing the startup issues and fixing them.
External and Internal picture by observing the process.

Human behaviour or today what we call user experience does not vary drastically in the age of Ticktock.

PEOPLE ADAPT things very fast and forget things very fast as the trend demands to do that as no one has time. Quality is just a compromise this day if it fits the current requirement it may not be for a longer duration.

as we say TIME IS MONEY. So we have developed a lot of automated things and say we are Humanizing the experiences.

QUALITY has been compromised in today's trend with MONEY…

In today's trend, the Hiring Managers are facing a lot of challenges in Hiring creative folks earlier this profile was just Graphic designer and now they have been drilled down to UX/UI/VD/ID etc..

and as the UX profile is demanding and so-called trending…

Do the candidates actually been told or know if they fit these areas?

These trainings are also like some experiments on these candidates!!

- Make sure they are aware of the differences of all these profiles (UX/UI/VD/ID etc)
-Best practices for writing clear job postings on the requirement
-Feedback to be provided not by the recruiters but by the specific managers

THE HIRING FACT IS THE BUDGET CONSTRAINTS WHAT THE COMPANIES HAVE — the Recruiters and the companies will be profitable if the get all in one in one candidate in their Budget.

and in this run, the UX virus is affecting not the freshers just the experienced candidates.
